Brain is Biocomputer

The brain of the person consists of the cerebrum, the cerebellum and the brain stem.
The brain stem has the other animal, too, and has a basic feature.
As for the cerebrum, the memory is a main feature.
As for the person, the thing that the cerebrum is bigger than the other animal is a characteristic.

The person doesn't act only by the instinct according to the status of the outside world, and based on the information which was memorized at the cerebrum, it judges and acts.
Then, it memorizes the result again at the cerebrum.
It calls this repeat a heart, a mind and feelings generally.
Because this cerebrum was extremely big, the various heart, the minds and the feelings which is not in the other animal could be had.

In other words, the ones such as the heart, the mind and the feelings are only the physical chemical reaction which is done in the brain.
When expressing the cause of the problem behavior of the person of the big accident, the crime, the desire and so on by the divinely possessed words such as the heart, the mind and the feelings by the mistake which the person did a short while, it seems to have lost sight of the essence.
Will the more appropriate measure not appear if thinking that the cause of the problem behavior of the person is the physical chemical reaction which is done in the brain and thinking of the measure?
If thinking that the brain of the person is a highly efficient biocomputer, the human being is only being acting, reacting to the stimulation from the outside world according to the program which was recorded into the brain.

There is nous in addition to the instinct and the desire in the brain of the human being.
The instinct and the desire should be able to be controlled by this nous but sometimes, the nous seems not to sometimes function right.
Specifically, recently, the such case seems to be increasing.

For the person to act, the action program must exist in the brain.
It was possible to act because the action program existed in the brain regardless of whether or not the action was conscious or the unconsciousness.
A wide range of crimes and abnormal behavior, too, are same and it thinks that the program of the crime and the abnormal behavior existed in the subconsciousness of the brain of the human being.
It thinks that it became on with the chance where there was a switch of the action program a short while.

It thinks that the opportunity to input the action to the brain increases recently because there is much opportunity to see the scene of the crime and the abnormal behavior by the TV and the movie and so on and that it leads to the crime increase.
Specifically, at the time of the child, the image which was seen with the eyes because the susceptibility was high is strongly memorized at the brain.
When recorded into the subconsciousness, the possibility to have executed the action while consciousnessless becomes high.

Once, the information and the action program which was recorded to the brain can not be erased and it repeats the same sin in the consciousness and of not concerning unconsciously many times.
