Human relations is cause of corruption

It is told that the human relations is important but it is by the society in now that, as a result of the human relations, a wide range of iniquity such as the bid rigging and the adhesion is done.
The communication ability is the ability to get a profit point well using such human relations.

The human relations is a small unit and only as for the person who is letting out a face there, the speech and action as the profit can be made is demanded.
Oppositely, the person who doesn't participate in the human relations does loss.

The construction staff put national tax in the bosom point well by the bid rigging and the adhesion and win benefit in the public construction and so on.
Then, the people who didn't participate in the business discussion directly have tax wasted and are doing loss.
It seems that the general public often covers up a loss in a wide range of places in addition to the public construction.

The fact to make human relations important is thinking of the things in narrow view only in the human relations and fails from the subject, "how should be originally".
It is the fact how it contributes to the general public with the important thing is never not the near human relations that the face can be seen, and not to never know a face, and that it doesn't know and a name with it and to have met it, too.
In other words, it is social contribution.
If thinking of the value of each company, the company contributes how in the society and only Makoto thinks that it is the value of the company.

Then, the general public is not a unit, the area, the prefecture, the country, and should assume in the world scale and globally a general public.
In the society in now, a wide range of businesses in addition to the big businesses go out to the foreign countries and go.
The unit, the country, already is the level which is the same as the conventional prefecture and is merely one management unit only.
It is not the frame which can restrain the action of each human being.

In the activity for such big society, the act (the action of the human relations thinking much) as it decides the action which it should take by asking a partner complexion is unreasonable act and seems to be a fraud, too.
The idea, "how should be originally", is important in wide view.
